No expense was spared on this extensive restoration. The builder of this magnificent roadster owned it for almost 18 years and had a vision to create something that nobody had ever seen before. It started with the all-steel body that was in excellent condition. Many things were fabricated, such as the re-imagined roof, chopped windscreen, deletion of front fenders, shaved door handles and custom pointed chrome grille that is centered between the headlights. The body is amazingly straight with great panel fitment. It was painted in beautiful Viper Red that is accented with ivory white. The custom tan canvas top matches perfectly and provides a lot of headroom. Some exterior features include square turn signals, Willys 77 grille emblem, clam shell hood, louvered side panels and billet taillights. It's wrapped in Billet Specialties 15" wheels with 145/SR/15 Kleber C1s front tires and massive 29x15.50 Mickey Thompson rear tires. The exterior is complimented by custom tan leather interior with ostrich inserts done by well know Ron Mangus. The interior cabin is very classy and rich looking with the custom dash, door panels, seats, etc. Some interior features include Classic Instrument gauges, polished tilt steering column with Banjo steering wheel, center console with arm rest, billet door handles and pedals. The highly detailed trunk compartment completely matches the interior and housed the stainless fuel cell. The engine compartment is also very detailed, including a mirrored firewall. The heart of this street machine is a 454cid GM engine with many upgrades. It breathes through chrome headers and front side exhaust pipes that are positioned slightly upwards and sound great. The engine is cooled by a large brass radiator with dual electric fans. It's coupled with a GM Turbo 400 3-speed automatic transmission and posi-traction rear end with 3.73 gears. This setup provides excellent power and drivability. The undercarriage is also very detailed with many upgrades. Some features include rack & pinion steering, chrome control arms, coilover shocks and 4-wheel disc brakes. This was truly a labor of love. *Price Includes Buyers Commission
